Contact-form submissions are stored within the website’s WordPress database using Formidable Forms.
These stored form submissions are retained for 28 days and are then deleted.
If your enquiry results in further correspondence by email, that correspondence may be retained separately for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which we are communicating.
Technical and security information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the operation and security of the website.
